The U80 has a Zerica-patented refrigeration chamber that uses the exclusive Silver Turbo Clean system which generates a water vortex on the internal walls whenever water is dispensed so preventing bio film formation. In addition, the sealed stainless steel cooling chamber Is welded together using silver, a material well known for its antibacterial properties.

The chiller must be used with a scale control pre-filter to protect scale from building up in the inside of the chiller. If a filter is not used then this could invalidate the 2 year warranty. We recommend our own high quality 1 micron carbon and scale control filter shown.
