Acquapuro ACQ-0.IFC Filter
Stage 1: Pre Filtration – Water passes through a 4 stage felt process for removal of solids such as sand, rust, and dirt. The 4 stage felt helps prevent against pre-exhaustion.
Stage 2: Carbon Block – High quality carbon block (rated 0.5 micron) helps remove class 1 particulates such as Chlorine, to improve the taste and odour of water. The NSF requirement is 50% removal, the IFC achieves 94%+ removal.
Stage 3: Silver Ions – Silver ions impregnated in the carbon block Silver releases silver ions into the water, acting as an antibacterial. This alone removes many of the bacteria and THM’s found in water supply, as well as inhibiting bio film forming and bacteria growing inside the filter.
Stage 4: UF membrane – The hollow 0.1 micron membrane to remove ultra bacteria such as E.coli, Pseudoccus aureus and yellow staphylococcus. This stage provides safe water quality even in contaminated water conditions.

Replacements are quick and simple as the filter has a quarter turn cartridge removal design including water auto shut off technology. This prevents the need to isolate the cold water supply prior to changing the filter.

Industry leading 0.1 micron rating with Anti-clogging technology which removes >99.99% of Bacteria, cysts, THM’s and Biofilm (such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia which UV light will not remove).

0.1 micron rated filtration solution including a 4 stage filtration process. One of the first filters to remove Microplastics down to 0.1 micron.
